At Southern Drifter,  We offer exchange or store credit,  less shipping cost for items purchased online within 15 days from the day the customer received the product(s) (School Uniform refund policy see below) 

What items are ineligible for exchange?

The following items are ineligible for exchanges:

  • Non-defective items that have been worn, washed with removed tags
  • Stickers, decals, coozies, drinkware Brumate, Corkcicles, Swig Products, hats, sunglasses, soaps and hair accessories 
  • eGift Cards
  • Any and ALL Discounted Items and/or marked  Sale
  • Items marketed as school spirit store 
  • Items not purchased through Southern Drifter

RETURN POLICY for Purchases In-Store and On-Line

We want you happy with your purchase! We understand sometimes that may not always be the case when shopping online!’ We offer exchanges or store credit on all regularly-priced items ordered directly through Southern Drifter up to 15 days from the time you received your items. Items received in a lesser quality will not be accepted and return shipping will be on consumer. ALL Discounted Items and/or marked as  Sale or noted elsewhere are not eligible for returns. To return for exchange or store credit, contact us via email at  southerndrifter@yahoo.com stating your return with in 15 days of you receiving your order. once accepted and approved, exchange or store credit will be issued. Customer is responsible for return and exchange shipping cost. For exchanges on items, customer will need to include the return label with package. We can send digital store credit, no return label needed for store credit. 

School Uniform Return Policy 

All Uniforms purchased online are eligible for a full refund back to the form of payment, within 15 days of the time you received your shipment.

ALL return/exchange items must be unworn with tags ATTACHED and receipt of purchase is required. 

Any and all altered items are ineligible for return or exchange

New Uniform "IN-STORE PICK UP POLICY"  We are no longer offering In-store pick up. Delivery or Ship only available. 

After 15 Days of receipt up to 180 Days,  exchange only or store uniform credit for other “IN STOCK” uniform items, receipt of purchase  is required. All special orders including spirit items, are non refundable and considered final sale. All school orders for Covenant Grace and are considered special orders and are not subject to returns or exchanges.

All ICCS logo items are considered final sale and are not considered for exchange including size swaps or returns. 

Once a Logo has been discontinued by a school then that “Discontinued “ logo is considered a final sale item and will not be eligible for return/exchange. 

   Uniform socks, tights, gym shorts and hair accessories  along with items marketed as 'School Spirit Store" are final sale items and are ineligible for return
